Our Recovery Process
Six steps to getting your data back
Complete our Service Request Form for a SRF ID.
Mail In your device. To avoid delays please ensure you have adequately packaged your device as safely as possible and it is marked with your SRF ID, Our Mail In page provides guidance on packaging for different devices.
We will examine your device and send you a copy of our evaluation report. Unless previously given we will now need formal authorisation to proceed with our recovery work or return your device.
We recover, repair or replace to obtain your data. If your recovery needs extra parts or we can only make a partial recovery we will contact you again with any additional costs and time scale.
If recovery is successful we will issue an invoice for your recovery work. Once our invoice has been settled your data will be transferred to your recovery media.
We will send your data back on the recovery media provided.
Please check your recovered data within 10 calendar days of receiving the device.
